Sir Hugh Greene collection, [ca. 1921-1977].

The collection consists of papers collected by Sir Hugh Greene from ca. 1921-1977. The papers contain research materials including notes, photocopied stories by other writers, and correspondence (1973-1977) relating to his book collecting activities and to his plans for a never completed anthology of stories by "The Colonial Rivals of Sherlock Holmes." The collection also includes letters written by William Le Queux (1921) pertaining to early wireless telegraph experiments.
